After 27 years of making losses, lying to investors and engaging in the odd fraud, the laughs continue at Eden Research’s (EDEN). Its 29.9% owned associate TerpeneTech Limited – with which it did a stunning Panama Pump fraud on more than one occasion - still hasn’t managed to file its statutory accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 which were due on 30 September 2022. As an associate of Eden, Eden is presumed to exercise some degree of influence over TerpeneTech.

Thanks to the pressure applied by major dossiers and a string of exposed published by myself and by the Dark Destroyer, Matt Earl, a new management team at First Derivatives (FDP) has started to clean up its act. I got the FRC to force it to change its misleading accounts. And the old, very whiffy related party/Panama Pump deals of the ancient regime are gone. But yesterday’s results show that without the gloss of aggressive accounting and dodgy deals, what is left is a dull business but still one on a glamour rating. My original bear call – sell at £46 on 28 June 2018 – was spot on. The shares are now £22.25 to sell but still a slam dunk sell. Here is why…

In August 2015 AIM Casino listed fraud Eden Research (EDEN) announced that it had sold a license to its long time associated company Terpenetech for £600,000. On the same day it announced that it had bought a 29% stake in (worthless) Terpenetech for £920,000 in shares. I quizzed Eden's PR man Paul "Queenie" McManus of Walbrook PR about this deal which was clearly a panama pump fraud. And Queenie lied to me.

AIM listed Eden Research (EDEN) has been engaging on fraudulent deals with related party company Terpenetech for six years now. The first deal was a sale which Eden booked but Terpenetech never paid for. Who cares, Eden kept that debt as a current asset for 5 years. Sure the auditors should have kicked up a fuss, the Nomad should have objected but this is AIM who cares about fraud! Of course the far bigger £600,000 fraud waited until August 2015. It was a panama pump classic as you can see here - but this is AIM and Nomad & broker ShoreCap wanted to earn big commission do a placing so everyone again turned a blind eye. But now the cover up is falling apart.

After the sad AIM demise of its sister company, the fraud Environmental Recyclying (ENRT), I have been thinking long and hard about Eden Research (EDEN). I am a nice guy and I am wondering how CEO Sean Smith and PR himbo Paul "Queenie" MacManus can cover up the massive Panama pump securities fraud of last August. I would urge them to act quickly but I do have a cunning plan to postpone their day of reckoning.

We have clearly demonstrated that Eden Research (EDEN) managed to get a covert placing away with its panama pump securities fraud deal announced with Terpenetech Ltd on August 24 2015 and revealed HERE. But this is not the first time that Eden has hoodwinked its investors with Terpenetech..let's go back to 23 June 2011.

I apologise to you all for allowing AIM Casino listed Eden Research (EDEN) off the hook when it engaged in a panama pump fraud with Terpenetech on 24 August 2015 to keep the lights on and stave off bankruptcy. I missed something - the killer evidence. Now lets go with the full story.
It starts with the creation of Terpenetech on 13 July 2011. You can see from its first annual return from July 2012 HERE that it was established by the late Clive Newitt (a director of Eden) but that he subsequently transferred all of his shares, 50% of them to White Alps Nominees.

I exposed the massive panama pump fraud at TMC Southern and Quindell (QPP) back in August 2014 and Quindell/Watchstone (WTG) now admits I was 100% right - having first said it would sue me for libel. It would be appreciated if the new management might apologise for that. Now we have some answers as to why TMC has not been struck off despite now being late on THREE sets of accounts. The fraud that created nearly all of the fictional profits reported by Quindell (QPP) in 2011 was the panama pump involving Mark Ford's TMC Southern. I exposed it HERE in August 2014, got a fascist lawyers letter in response, and Quindell admitted that my allegations were correct in the summer of 2015. The fraud Quindell (QMC) has now formally admitted – what I proved well over a year ago and the FCA & AIM Regulation opted to ignore – that Mark Ford’s company TMC Southern was used to create totally bogus profits for Quindell in 2011. In fact its £3.5 million fraudulent contribution – funded by a panama pump of shares – accounted for nearly all the stated £4.1 million profit. It seems that Rob Terry and Mark Ford are working hard to “bury” this bad news. It will not wash with the Serious Fraud Office.

The most blatant and biggest (in relative terms) fraud at Quindell (QPP) concerns the TMC Southern panama pump which created 140% of the reported Quenron profits in the 15 months to December 31 2011. Lord Michael Howard has confirmed that the new board is aware of this monster fraud as are the SFO and FCA and other regulatory bodies. The accounts for Himex are not overdue. QPP/ Himex appear to have pulled off a wonderful wheeze, whereby they’ve extended their accounting period to an 18 month period ending 30/9/14, so those accounts don’t now have to be filed until 30/6/2015.

One of the joys of being a Bulletin Board Moron is that you and your pals can attack me – rather than asking Rob Terry about the TMC Southern Panama Pump - in two 100% contradictory ways. Yesterday saw a classic, but it kind of reminded me that running a business is not 100% about the bottom line.
The usual Bulletin Board Moron contradictory attack is to say “TW is just a failed fund manager, crap tipster, deranged and unhinged and bitter man so no =one pays any attention to what he says.” There then follows a long discussion (ignoring the actual facts about my tipping record and accusing me of tipping stocks I have never written about) and then moving onto my latest article how it has hit the share price and how I need to be reported to the FCA. So while everyone ignores me because I am crap, I am responsible for the share price tanking. Er….. For someone who believes that 2+2 can = 5 I guess that those statements are not contradictory.
